Section E - employee work schedules
Schedule deadlines
Monday 12pm following schedule period end date. All schedules need to be returned to Payroll Services, even if there are no alterations.
Points to remember (refer example)
 Any leave, circle hours to be paid
 Ensure the On Call & Callbacks are written in the correct columns
 A Callback cannot be continuous with your normal duty
 PHW = Public Holiday worked
 P = Public Holiday not worked
 ACC must be indicated on the Schedule either as Work or Non Work, DO NOT code ACC as sick leave
 Permanent Night Shifts must be claimed on the Work Schedule
 Work Schedules must be authorised by the Team Leader/Supervisor
