On call leave
Employees who are regularly on call will accrue additional leave at the rate of 1 days leave for every 230 qualifying hours on call, up to a maximum of 5 days leave (1150 qualifying hours on call) per annum. The maximum combined entitlement of on call leave and shift leave (as above) is five days per annum.
Section D – onestaff
- All data must be entered into Onestaff by 0930 am Monday
- Exceptions to be forwarded to Payroll by fax or e-mail (Use attached Adjustments/Exceptions to Onestaff form)
- Remember to only use the exception form once Onestaff has closed for the Download.
- Ensure that the payments you have entered in Onestaff are in accordance with the collective agreement. If it is a payment that is not covered by the collective contract then refer to the Delegations Of Authority to obtain the correct authorisation.
- Overtime can only be paid after the completion of 8 hours or the greater of 8 hours and the standard shift hours. i.e. the standard shift may be 10 hours OR if they have worked more than 40 hours in one week.
