ACL Leave Without Pay
Acc leave without pay
ACC – First Week
Pay for the first week of a work related accident (80 %)
ACC – 2nd & 5th Weeks (AC2)
Pay for the 2nd to 5th week of a work related accident
ACC– Subsequent Weeks (AC6)
Pay for the 6th week onwards for a work related accident
ACC First Week Penals (ACP)
80 % of penals paid for first week of a work related accident
Allowance Arrears (ARA)
An arrears payment for an allowance (s)
Annual Leave
Annual leave paid
Call Back Minimum 2 Hours (CB2)
The minimum payment of 2 hours at time 2 for a call back or what your collective agreement states.
Call Back After Min 2 Hrs T1 1⁄2 (CBH)
After minimum hours call back has been paid as above, the remaining time worked of the call back is paid at time 1 1⁄2 or what your collective agreement states
Call Back Worked Hours (CWH)
This only records the period of time actually worked for the call back and is not part of any payment
Continuing Medical Education (CME)
Education leave paid to Senior Medical Officers
Early Meal Break (EMB)
This pays 1⁄2 an hour at time 1⁄4 and is used on afternoon shifts from Mon – Fri when people have an early meal break. It is payment for night rate
Late Meal Break (LMB)
Hours for a late meal break paid at penal 1⁄2
Night Rate Between 9pm & 6am (most contracts) otherwise between 8pm & 6am (NHT)
Duties worked where hours fall between 2100 & 0600 Monday to Friday only but not paid on Public Holidays, Paid at time 1⁄4
No Meal Break Mon - Fri (NMB)
Penal 1⁄2 is paid after the first 5 hours are worked until the end of the duty or overtime commences
No Meal Break Weekend & PHol (NMW)
Penal 1⁄4 is paid after the first 5 hours are worked until the end of the duty or overtime commences along with the normal penal 1⁄2 weekend rate
No 9 Hour Break Mon – Fri (NNB)
Hours paid at penal 1⁄2 for not having a nine hour break between duties Monday to Friday only
No 9 Hour Break Weekend & Phol
Hours paid at penal 1⁄4 for not having a nine hour break between duties on weekends and Public Holidays as well as the normal weekend penal payment
On Call Leave (ONL)
On call leave paid when annual leave is taken
On Call Payment
On call hours paid at appropriate rate
Ordinary Time Arrears (ARO)
An arrears payment of leave and ordinary time
