Between car park building and Property and Infrastructure. Normal working hours are 0730 – 1630 hours
All access to the Mortuary out of hours is co-ordinated via the duty manager/attendants office.
All relevant documentation must be completed and forwarded to main enquiry desk between 0800 – 2000 hours. Outside these hours forward to main switchboard.
Out of hours the Coroner can be contacted by phone: 0800 266800. Medical certificate of causes of death can be faxed to “Duty coroner initial investigation office” fax 09 969 6569, email NIIO@justice.govt.nz .
