Specimen held until Error Declaration form is completed unless a significant delay in signing the form is expected ( in which case processing may commence but results will not be reported until the corrections have been made)
Do exemptions apply
Sample is processed but NOT reported
The collector of the sample goes to the Laboratory or Blood Bank and completes an error declaration form
