We will make every a empt to ensure that you havprac sing cer cate before your current cer catehelp us do this, we ask you to complete the prac sapplica on form and return it by the due date withany suppor ng documents necessary) to the CounIf your applica on form arrives in the Council o cecurrent prac sing cer cate expires, your new pracer cate will not be backdated.
